JOHANNESBURG - The African National Congress (ANC) says it's going ahead with Jacob Zuma's hearing this week, albeit in an online format.

The ruling party is taking the former president to task for contravening their constitution.

This after Zuma declared his support for the newly-formed uMkhonto weSizwe party, which he now leads.
